We host 80+ panels across three programming tracks: Fandom & Pop Culture, Creators & Industry, and Crafts & Cosplay Workshops. If you have a topic, a perspective, or a how-to that fits, we want to hear about it.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

• Panel title and 1-2 paragraph description
• Format: 45-min panel, 30-min Q&A, 90-min workshop, or screening + discussion
• Panelists: names, bios, and how to reach them
• Equipment needs: projector, mics, chairs, table setup, anything special
• Age guidance: family-friendly, 13+, or 18+ (rare)

TIMELINE

• Submissions open now through March 31
• Programming committee reviews in April
• Acceptance notifications sent by May 15
• Final scheduling locked in by mid-June
